Jean Paul Gaultier was inspired by the Aztecs, Mexico, and Avatar to create a fabulous collection full of vibrant blues and greens, intricate weaving, and palm frond accessories. It made me want to run away to a deserted island and lounge on the beach all day wearing an evening gown knitted from palm leaves. I’ve always been a bit island-obsessed but I’ve never considered actually wearing the palm leaves before. Anyway, here are my favorite looks:
